Eligibility

✔ Only accepted if the product is damaged on arrival.
❌ Returns for size, preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

Condition for Return Request

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Must include clear unboxing video proof (from package opening to showing product damage).

Requests without video proof will not be accepted.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

We will arrange and cover the return shipping cost for eligible cases.

Refund/Replacement

Eligible orders will receive:

  • Replacement of the same product (preferred)
  • OR store credit if unavailable

Refunds to original payment method may take 7–14 business days once approved.
